Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

• Pre-Order (Default for All Items):

  • All products, unless labeled “in-stock,” are sold on a pre-order basis.

  • Bundles: 1–3 business days for processing, 7–10 business days for shipping

  • Closures & Frontals: Made to order, processing up to 4 weeks before shipping

• In-Stock:

  • Limited quantities only

  • Ship within 2–3 business days

• Local Pickup:

  • Available for in-stock items only

  • Pickup location: Jonesboro, GA 30236

  • Orders selecting local pickup for pre-order items will be canceled without refund

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled for any reason once submitted.

• This includes requests due to delivery delays, incorrect selection, or changes in preference.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

• All timelines associated with pre-orders and processing

• No entitlement to cancellation or refund after order submission

• Our right to dispute any unauthorized chargebacks filed in contradiction to this agreement
