2. What’s the Difference Between RAW and Virgin Hair?

Answer:
Both hair types are sourced from a single donor and remain free of chemical treatments. The key difference lies in their processing:

  • RAW Hair: Remains completely untreated after collection, preserving its entirely natural state.
  • Virgin Hair: Undergoes a gentle steaming process that cleanses the hair of impurities and slightly softens its texture for enhanced manageability, while still maintaining its natural quality.

4. How Do I Care for My RAW Vietnamese or Virgin Hair?

Answer:
To keep your hair looking its best:

  • Washing: Use a sulfate-free, gentle shampoo and conditioner.
  • Drying: Air dry when possible or use a low heat setting on your hairdryer.
  • Styling: Always use a heat-protectant before using hot tools, and avoid excessive heat styling.
  • Storage: Store your hair in a cool, dry place and consider using a silk or satin scarf or pillowcase to reduce friction.

5. What Is Your Ordering Process, Shipping, and Return Policy?

  • Ordering Process:
    1. Browse our online catalog to choose your desired product.
    2. Select your preferred length, texture, and volume.
    3. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.
    4. Provide your shipping and payment details to confirm your order.
  • Processing & Shipping:
    All orders are pre-order only with a processing time of 48-72 hours after purchase. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days or sooner. We usually ship all products via UPS and all hair packages must be signed for before receiving. (I actually care about my customers so I add that as extra security to make sure you get your package.)
  • Return Policy:
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

6. How Long Does the Hair Last?

With proper care, our virgin hair products typically last 2-3 years, while our RAW hair products can last 3-5 years. Regular maintenance—such as using sulfate-free products, minimizing heat exposure, and proper storage—can help extend the life and maintain the quality of your hair.
