This shipping policy outlines our processing timelines, shipping methods, liability disclaimers, and fraud prevention terms.

1. Shipping Timeframes

• Bundles: 1–3 business days for processing, then 7–10 business days for shipping

• Closures & Frontals: Custom made-to-order. Processing time up to 4 weeks before shipping

• In-Stock Items: Ship within 2–3 business days

All shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during holidays, sales, or vendor delays.

2. Delivery Confirmation

• All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

• The customer is responsible for being available to receive and sign for the package.

3. Shipping Liability

• Once an item has been shipped and tracking indicates delivery, The Lifestyle Hair Co. is no longer responsiblefor the package.

• We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error

4. Address Responsibility

• The customer must provide a complete and accurate address at checkout.

• We do not edit shipping information after purchase.

• Packages sent to incorrect addresses due to user error are not refundable or replaceable.

5. Fraud Prevention

• Billing and shipping addresses must match. Orders with mismatched information may be canceled.

• We reserve the right to verify the identity of any customer before processing an order.
