Our customer service team is available:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

2. Response Time

  • Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response.

  • Inquiries are answered in the order received.

  • We do not monitor or respond to messages outside of operating hours.

Customers are required to contact us before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. Failure to do so may result in the dispute being treated as fraudulent and pursued accordingly.
