2. Hygiene & Customization

All hair products are considered personal-use items. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not restock or resell any returned merchandise.

Closures and frontals are custom made-to-order and cannot be resold or reused.
3. Legal Enforcement
Any attempt to force a return through chargebacks, unauthorized claims, or bank disputes will be disputed in full with all evidence submitted to the payment processor, including order records, delivery confirmation, and customer agreements to this policy.
